2024 Symposium

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Our 2024 Symposium will be held on Thursday, Sept. 19 at Soho63 in Chandler, Arizona. We anticipate 100-150 circular economy, recycling, and waste management industry leaders and professionals to attend this annual event.

All sponsorship levels — aside from the “logo in program” sponsorship — will include up to two free attendees and a logo in our program. Vendor booths must provide a raffle item (valued at $50 or more) at the start of the event. If you have questions or need to pay by invoice, please email Events@CircularArizona.org.

  • Indoor booth on Thursday, Sept. 19 (six-foot table provided, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.)

  • Your logo and organization description will be highlighted as an exhibitor in our event app

  • Snacks and beverages for attendees will be located in the vendor showcase room throughout the event

  • Bar and networking event will be held in vendor showcase room

  • Attendees must visit each vendor booth to be entered for a raffle prize

  • Limited number of vendor booth spots available

  • Vendors must provide a raffle prize at event check-in ($50+ value)
