Organization memberships streamline billing, renewal, and record-keeping by designating a single primary contact. When staff change roles or teams grow, participation is already accounted for — no need to manage multiple invoices, track reimbursements, or recover receipts from former employees.
Organization Membership Tiers
Approx. 2 people | For small organizations, teams, or departments beginning their circular economy journey. This tier provides access for up to two staff members and offers cost savings compared to individual memberships (save up to $25 annually compared to purchasing separately).
Approx. 11–20 people | Ideal for large nonprofits, regional businesses, or local government departments committed to leadership in circular economy efforts. This tier supports broad staff engagement and can save up to $500 annually compared to individual memberships.
Approx. 3–5 people | Designed for small to mid-sized organizations, teams, or departments engaging multiple staff members. This tier offers meaningful value compared to individual memberships (save up to $150 annually).
Approx. 20–40 participants | Ideal for larger departments or organizations with broad internal interest in circular economy initiatives. Provides flexibility for participation across teams and evolving priorities. Save up to $3,000 compared to individual memberships.
Approx. 6–10 people | For organizations seeking broader, cross-departmental participation. This tier provides significant value (save up to $500 annually) while supporting deeper involvement in Circular Arizona’s network and initiatives.
Up to approx. 150 participants | Designed for large organizations, institutions, or multi-team departments seeking organization-wide engagement. Includes one primary billing contact, flexible participation across teams, and significant cost savings at scale. Save up to $10,500 compared to individual memberships.
To ensure high-quality programming and events, event attendance may be limited per organization. Organizations with more than 150 potential participants are encouraged to contact Circular Arizona at hello@circulararizona.org to discuss customized membership or sponsorship options.

11–20 students | Best for well-established clubs, sustainability councils, or student-led programs with broad participation. This tier provides significant value (save up to $200 annually) while supporting deeper engagement.
6–10 students | Designed for active student organizations engaging multiple members throughout the year. This tier offers substantial value (save up to $75 annually) and supports consistent participation across meetings and events.
21+ students or campus-wide initiatives | For flagship student organizations or student government-supported programs leading sustainability and circular economy efforts on campus. This tier enables broad participation and demonstrates a strong commitment to collective impact.
