Application Checklist

Please read through the entire application before beginning to ensure you have all the required information and attachments. This application must be completed in one sitting. Don’t forget that you’ll need the following in addition to answering all application questions.

✔ Grant budget outlining proposed expenditures and associated costs in order of priority

✔ Grant project or program timeline in a written or visual format

✔ Proof of nonprofit status if you are a nonprofit, government agency, school, entrepreneur, or tribal nation
